The result of the rigorous control of the fermentation process, with a maceration of 28 days, this Merlot is born, without any contribution of wood in order to preserve the power of its fruit. Our winemaker highlights its intense aroma of red fruit jams and its complexity. In the mouth it is harmonious, concentrated, standing out its sweet and ripe tannins, with a finish reminiscent of plums and cassis. The grapes that gave rise to this varietal come from their own vineyards in Luján de Cuyo.

Fermentation: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 72 hours. 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24 ºC with maceration for 28 days. Natural malolactic fermentation.
Aging: No type of aging in wood in order to preserve the power of its fruit.
