Altocedro is a winery focused on the unique terroir of La Consulta, a unique space in the Uco Valley, recognized for the high quality of its grapes from ancient vineyards. Since 1999, we have been making wine that speaks distinctively of the place where it originates, based on balance, elegance and aging capacity. Karim pioneered the enhancement of La Consulta through the wines born and raised there.
