    Pascual Toso is a brand with true international prestige. Their wines are available in more than 30 markets including the UK, USA, Japan, Europe, Russia, Korea, Canada and Latin America. When in the mid-1880s Pascual Toso undertook a trip to Argentina from his hometown, Canale d'Alba, in Piedmont, Italy, he could not imagine that he would become the founder of a winery, which is currently one of the oldest and most prestigious in Argentina. Upon arriving in Argentina, he settled in Mendoza. Since he had been closely involved in the development of the wines with his family in Piedmont, he immediately saw the promising future of the region for winemaking and decided to use his experience. Thus, in 1890, Pascual Toso established his first winery in San José, Guaymallén. At the beginning of the twentieth century, he decided to expand his business and acquired vineyards in Maipú. On his estate in Barrancas, he built another winery, “Las Barrancas” (small Canyon), dedicated to the production and cultivation of the best grapes.

    TASTING NOTES
    Aromas of blackberries, raspberries, cherries and flowers. Fresh, with hints of citrus, a fruity flavor that evokes berries and a well-balanced acidity. It combines very well with seafood, pasta and mature cheeses.

    The harvest takes place only after the best ripening has been achieved, when the grapes show their optimal potential. State-of-the-art technology is used in the winemaking process, resulting in excellent organoleptic characteristics. A fruity and fresh wine with good quality is the result after fermentation, at a low temperature, with selected yeasts.
