ORIGIN: Uco Valley, Mendoza.
WINEMAKING: Grapes from our vineyard located in Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, harvested manually in the first week of April. Fermentation in a thousand-liter tank and French oak barrels, for 20 days at temperatures between 22 and 24 ° C. During aging, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation spontaneously.
TASTING NOTES: Intense red color. Aromas of black fruits, violets, roses, mineral notes and subtle notes of wood. In the mouth, it is a round wine, sweet tannins, unctuous and well structured; good body and long persistence.
Total Acidity: 4.9 GIL
AGING: 10 months in French oak barrels.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18º c
PAIRING: Roast meats, pasta and semi-hard cheeses.
