FINCA AMBROSÍA PRECIOSO MALBEC
Finca Ambrosía is located in the Gualtallary area, in the department of Tupungato. Its geological conditions make it a unique terroir in Argentina. It has a cool climate and altitude, which provides balanced pH and acidity that are optimal when the grapes reach maturity. This area is ideal for growing vines due to its peculiar soil formation. These are based on highly calcareous gravel from the Quaternary era and have a low clay content, which is another important factor in the development of vines. Therefore, this combination makes the area the perfect ecosystem that allows plants to grow with naturally controlled vigor.

Ambrosia Precioso is a limited and numbered production of 11,066 bottles. This is the TOP Malbec of our line. It was made with the best grapes from our extraordinary vineyard located in the Gualtallary District, Department of Tupungato, in the heart of the Uco Valley. Where the soil has a high content of lime that enhances the mineral character and gives structure to the tannins. It was fermented with native yeasts, in addition to a gentle maceration for 25 days, before pneumatic pressing. Malolactic fermentation in new French Mercurey oak barrels, medium toasted, where it was then aged for 18 months.
