ALPAMANTA BREVA ROSÉ SYRAH

Our unique vineyard, located at 950 meters above sea level in Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, enjoys a very good temperature range, an arid climate and alluvial soils watered with pure water from the Cordillera. Organic and biodynamic practices allow us to express the unique characteristics of this terroir in wine.

PHILOSOPHY
Our organic wines are made with the latest winemaking technology, keeping human intervention and environmental impact to a minimum: no pesticide or fungicide, few sulfites, native yeasts, ecological packaging.

VARIETAL: 100% Syrah

HARVEST: Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg

CERTIFICATION: ARGENCERT - organic grape and wine | DEMETER - biodynamic grape and wine

PRODUCTION: 1831 bottles

YIELD: 1,2 kg grape / plant

VINIFICATION: static clarification of the cold must. Fermented for 4 months in barrels with indigenous yeast without temperature control and fractionated without filtering with the presence of lees

TASTING NOTES: Alpamanta Breva Rosé-Syrah 2016 is a raw wine bottled with its lees to recreate the winemaker's sensory experience at home. Young and fresh, it expresses aromas of flowers, red fruits and a touch of spice. On the palate it has good volume and a large and persistent finish. Shake before serving.
