COMPOSITION: 100% Malbec

ORIGIN: Maipú. Mendoza, Argentina Argentina.

ALCOHOL: 13.5%

TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.5 g / l

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 2.0 g / l

VINIFICATION: Classic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 15 days.



CATA'S NOTES

Color: Very intense with marked violet tones.

Aromas: Typical Malbec aromas. Frank and fresh fruit reminiscent of cherry and plums.

Flavor: Great body, structure and deep in the mouth. Pleasant finish with a plum jam flavor.
