Our unique vineyard, located at 950 meters above sea level in Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, enjoys a very good temperature range, an arid climate and alluvial soils watered with pure water from the Cordillera. Organic and biodynamic practices allow us to express the unique characteristics of this terroir in wine.
Our organic wines are made with the latest winemaking technology, keeping human intervention and environmental impact to a minimum: no pesticide or fungicide, few sulfites, native yeasts, ecological packaging.

TASTING NOTES: This fresh wine, driven by fruits from our selected individual vineyard grapes that coexist in harmony with our local fauna and flora, expressing a broad spectrum of spices and herbal flavors as a result of our unique agricultural practices. It is an elegant wine made with the best grapes from our vineyard. It expresses aromas of black fruits, pepper and herbaceous notes. In the mouth it is round with firm tannins and a smooth finish.
