Bienconvino, is a project created by Sommeliers Valeria Mortara and Mariana Achaval to communicate wine in a different way. It is a series of wines designed to harmonize your meals and there are products for all consumption opportunities.

Wine style: Rose wine, dry, fruity, floral, fresh and elegant

Variety: Cut red strains

Alcohol: 11.8 ° C

Serving temperature: From 11 to 13 ° C

Vineyard location: Vista Flores, Tunuyan, Valle de Uco Mendoza. 1000 masl.

Vinification: Cold maceration with pomace for two days to achieve smooth extraction of color and aromatic intensity. Fermentation at 16 ° C with daily movement of the lees to achieve its expression from the center of the mouth.

Aging / Barricade: Does not pass through wood
